Vær obs på at tilsvarende lader tilbyes på div utenlandske nettsteder med falske bilder. Bildene viser denne laderen med 220 volt AC og 12-15 volt DC tilkobling. Men leser man annonseteksten nøye så oppdager man at laderen som selges ikke har tilkobling for 220 volt DC. Dvs ikke nettkobling. Kun tilkobling for 12-18 volts adapter som må kjøpes i tillegg. De som har 220 volt tilkobling er ofte utstyrt med kun 50 watt strømadapter, noe som gjør at de lettere ryker, og kan heller ikke lade mer enn 5 ampere.
